Bronco Performance & Capability
Under the hood, the Bronco packs serious power. The standard 2.3-liter EcoBoost I4 engine produces 300 horsepower and 325 pound-feet of torque, while an available 2.7-liter twin-turbocharged EcoBoost V6 engine pumps out up to 330 horsepower and 415 pound-feet of torque, giving you the muscle to conquer tough terrain. Finally, the Bronco Raptor gets its own 3.0-liter EcoBoost V6 that generates up to 418 horsepower and 440 pound-feet of torque. In Idaho Falls, you can put that power to the test rock crawling in the foothills.
The Bronco's advanced four-wheel drive system, featuring electronic locking front and rear axles, ensures maximum traction on challenging surfaces. The terrain management system offers multiple modes, including Rock Crawl, Mud/Ruts, and Baja, allowing you to optimize the vehicle's performance for specific conditions. High clearance suspension and fender flares provide ample ground clearance to navigate obstacles on the trails near Ammon.
With the available Bilstein position-sensitive dampers and long-travel coil springs, the Bronco delivers a smooth and composed ride, whether you're cruising along the highway to Rexburg or traversing a rugged backcountry trail. Skid plates shield vital components from damage, giving you peace of mind when venturing off the beaten path.
